At Bouclair, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Log into your account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return, or visit any Bouclair boutique with your original receipt.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unassembled condition.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at a designated carrier location, or simply bring the items to the customer service desk at your nearest store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse or store team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
